Ask a clinical question. Every sentence of the answer is cited to an NCT number or PMID. If there is no evidence, we say so.
Each sentence is linked to the study it comes from. Open a citation to see the source record.
ClinicalTrials.gov returned no registered trial for these words. Try other terms, or create your account to search trials and publications together.
These are the registered trials from ClinicalTrials.gov that match your question. Create your account for the cited answer written from them.
No verified answer could be formed from these records. The studies below matched your question, so you can open them directly.
For professional use. Answers summarize published and registered research and are not medical advice. Open every cited source before you rely on it.
Answers come from public trial registries and the biomedical literature, refreshed every day.
Start from the area you work in. Each number is the count of registered studies on ClinicalTrials.gov, fetched live from the registry.
Each sentence links to the trial record or paper behind it. Open the source in one click and quote it with confidence in a slide deck, a dossier or a reply to a colleague.
Each citation is checked against our index before you see it. If a sentence cannot be traced to a real study, it is removed. If nothing survives, you get the matching studies and a plain statement that no verified answer exists.
Next to the answer you get every matching trial with phase, population, endpoints, sponsor, status and enrolment, ready to sort, filter and export.
Three steps, a few seconds and an audit trail you can show anyone. Read the full explanation of how ClinicalEvidence works.
Type your question in plain English, the way you would ask a colleague. Narrow it by source, phase or completed studies with results when you need to.
ClinicalEvidence runs semantic and full text search across registered trials and published studies. It writes the answer only from the retrieved passages and verifies every citation.
Each sentence carries its NCT number or PMID. Click it to read the registry record or the abstract and decide for yourself.
The answer is the start. The same question opens a trial table, a comparison of interventions, alerts on new studies and exports for your reference manager.
Phase, population, interventions, primary and secondary endpoints, results posted, sponsor, status, enrolment, dates and locations for every matching study, sortable and filterable.
Put two to four interventions side by side. See which trials tested them, in whom, against what, and what each trial reported.
Save a question and get an email when a new trial is registered or a new study is published that matches it.
Download answers and tables as CSV, XLSX or DOCX with a full reference list, or send citations to your reference manager as RIS or BibTeX.

Use your team's total questions per week. Team size provides context and does not multiply the estimate.
Use your own estimate of the time spent searching registries and abstracts.
Hours your team spends on manual evidence searching per month
Based on your inputs and an average of 4.33 weeks per month. This is your estimate of manual search time, not a measured saving.
ClinicalEvidence replaces the registry and abstract search step with one cited answer. Compare your estimate with the price of the Research Team plan.
Your team answers evidence questions every day. ClinicalEvidence searches the registries and the literature in one step and shows the record behind every sentence. Every answer comes with the sources a reviewer will ask for.

No. Answers are written only from passages retrieved from our index of registered trials and published studies. Every citation is checked against the index before you see it, and an answer without verified sources is not shown.
You get a plain statement that the index holds no trial or publication that answers it, plus the closest matching studies if there are any. ClinicalEvidence never fills the gap from model memory.
ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, the open access subset of PubMed Central, the EU Clinical Trials Register and the WHO ICTRP where the licence allows. Each answer lists only the sources that were actually searched for that question.
The index is refreshed every day, so newly registered trials, updated statuses and new publications reach your answers within a day.
